For small to mid-sized Australian producers we have developed ‘appropriate to style and price’ barrel and oak alternative purchase plans, reviewed annually. Dealing directly with the supplier on ordering and delivery means that once the plan is agreed this is one less time consuming task the wine producer has to manage.
