For the interstate based owners of a unique vineyard, we are involved in all aspects of the business. Working together with the vineyard manager to determine grape allocation and harvest date. We manage the contract processing of the wine, packaging design and dry goods, as well as playing a supporting role in getting the wines into the market. For another client we are less hands on and play an advisory role at key points in the season relating to harvest dates, blending, setting wine style direction and processing specifications.
